If you are having a problem with a particular promotion please be sure to tell us which product you are trying to obtain and include as much information about the problem as you can. The more specific you can be the better. Generally we will respond within 1 business day.

General questions

Are you going to sell or rent my information to any other companies?

No. We never share, sell, rent or give your contact details to any of our clients or any third party.

I still have to pay shipping and handling at Amazon. Why is that?

We give away coupons that discount the product itself – not the shipping and handling charges. This is because the product is a fixed price whereas shipping handling charges handling charges vary greatly from one customer to another. For example, many iReviewHome reviewers are also Amazon Prime Members which means that most of the time their shipping is free. Of those that are not Amazon Prime Members, some want their item in 24 hours whereas some are willing to wait 7-10 days for a cheaper shipping option. In short, the coupons we give away are redeemable against the cost of the product only and cannot be used to pay shipping and handling.

Is there a limit to how many products I can request?

You can only get one of each product offer but you can participate in as many promotions as you like (up to 10 promotions each day).

How long the request will be approved?

Generally the seller will respond within 1 business day.

Problems with coupon codes

My Amazon coupon code doesn’t work. What do I do?

You can encounter this for a few reasons as follows:

1. You are trying to purchase an Amazon product that is not on offer.

Remember, the Amazon seller may only be offering the discount on a specific size, color etc. Please read the IReviewHomeLootHoot deal details carefully to ensure the deal on offer is really what you want, before you grab it.

2. You are not purchasing the Amazon product from the correct Amazon seller.

Often, you will find an Amazon product listing has more than one Amazon seller that you can buy from. Please ensure you check the Shipping Details on the IReviewHomeLootHoot deal page. This is where you will find instructions on which seller to buy the product from in order to receive the discount. If there are no seller instructions there, then you can just add the product to your Amazon cart without worrying about this.

3. You have waited too long to purchase the product on Amazon.

In order to make sure you get your discounted Amazon product, please make your purchase ASAP. If you wait more than a couple of days you risk the coupon code being invalid.

4. The coupon code has expired.

We do try our best to make sure all the Amazon coupon codes work while the deal is listed on IReviewHomeLootHoot, however, sellers sometimes make a mistake and the result is expired coupon codes. Let us know immediately through our support email and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.

Problems with IReviewHome signup and account

I haven't received my IReviewHome account verification email. What should I do?

If you did not receive your IReviewHome verification email after you signed up, it could be for the following reasons:

Very occasionally emails can go into your spam folder. If your IReviewHome email did go to spam, do add us to your 'allowed' list to avoid this in the future.

We have found on occasion, some email service providers (e.g. Yahoo etc) delay sending out emails to their users. Please wait few hours for receipt.

If you still have not received your verification email, please send an email to support@ireviewhome.com.

Problems with reviews

I did review this product, but it did not show up on the reviewed list. What should I do?

If you have already left a review, please ignore it.

I cannot purchase this product, but IReviewHome keep reminding me to write a review. What should I do?

If the code doesn’t work or it is an add-on item, so you cannot purchase it, please ignore it.

Do I have to let you know when I do a review?

No.

How do you know if I do my review?

Our team cross references the reviews of every product we promote several weeks after the promotion. If you received a coupon and we cannot find your review on Amazon, you will be contacted and be given a grace period to either identify your review or write your review. If the review is not forthcoming we will suspend your account and you will no longer be able to receive discounted products via our promotions.

How long do I have to write the review?

In most cases you should write your product review within 7 days of receiving the item. In certain cases you will have longer, particularly for products like weight loss pills or exercise equipment that require some time to pass before you can review the efficacy of the product.

Do I have to write a positive product review?

You are only obligated to write an honest product review and sometimes that will mean a negative review. If your item arrived damaged, please refrain from writing a bad review on that basis as that is outside of the control of the company and can be easily fixed. If you do feel compelled to write a negative review, that’s OK but please be considerate about what you’re writing. If for example you are reviewing a cellulite cream and the product says that you have to make dietary changes and exercise as well and you didn’t do that, then a negative review is not really warranted. Remember that there are real people behind these products and they have invested a lot of time and money into putting their product into the marketplace. Your review will stay on Amazon forever and it will have a real financial impact on someone’s business so please keep that in mind when reviewing. That being said, we only expect an honest review.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

If you received a damaged product, you should contact the seller through your Amazon account.
